4 Classic Financiers

A delicious French tea cake made with California almond flour and organic wheat flour. Financiers (pronounced ​fee·nan·see·ay)​ are rich, buttery and soft, and the perfect size for a little bit of sweetness that you can eat anytime, anywhere. Traditionally baked in little rectangular shaped molds, reminiscent of small gold bars.
For extra deliciousness, we also have a lengthwise chocolate-dipped version (made with fair trade, organic cocoa), a cranberry-orange zest version, and a lavender-lemon financier.
