Half-Dozen Montreal-Style Bagels: Sweet Tooth (par-baked)

Our bagels are chewy and have a slight sweetness to them as they are flavored with honey, and then boiled in honey water prior to par-baking them.
These are our sweet tooth twists: cinnamon brown sugar, chocolate chip, cinnamon raisins, and blueberry.
