We know some of you love our gougères, made traditionally with Comté cheese from France’s Jura Mountains. Still, we decided to launch a new style, more accessible for those who are not fond of Alpine-style cheese. Our Organic Cheddar & Smoked Sea Salt Gougères are made with English cheddar seasoned with with smoked paprika and hickory-smoked sea salt from the San Francisco Salt Co. This tasty, puffy snack is perfect with a glass of full-bodied red or a pale ale.
Don't feel like having them all right now? Freeze them, and later reheat them at 375°F for a few minutes.
